Hi,
I am planning to rent a room in Belfast, UK. and put the case of my mother. I am british citizen, I and my mother is living together in Ireland for 4 years. she donot have residence card of Ireland. I am planning to move back to UK back. I think, under EU regulation, it is not easy to remove my mother. I am not planning to win the case, in first go, ready for long court fight.
I will not apply any case outside UK. I first go in uk, and then fight the case.
Can you advise which is better UK RC or EU SS (pre-settlement) in UK.
