Non-EEA Permanent Residence Application

5-year residence card - expires 3 Oct 2019. I called the HO who advised applying a month before the expiry so here is my timeline:

Application submitted 01 September 2019
Received at HO- 02 September 2019
Payment taken- 03 September 2019
Confirmation email with case ID received 10 September 2019
Biometric letter received 13 September (dated 11 September),
Biometric done on: 14 Sept
COA letter received: waiting (dated: 18th Sept
Document received: still waiting (with letter that PR card due in 10 days)

Permanent resident card received: Still waiting

Applied for Biometric residency card on August 28, 2019 as EU spouse. Received the letter of application on September 13. On November 22 received an email from the home office officer with the request of spouse proof of employment. On November 28 I received my biometric residency card. Passport and all supporting documents are on the way, I assume. 3 months processing time, not bad. But we have been married for 5 years and we’ve lived abroad together
