UK spouse Visa renewal priority service

Post by Amnanoor » Sat Feb 01, 2020 11:42 pm

Hi there,

We are applying for my wife’s spouse visa renewal from uk. This is our first renewal. Her visa is expiring end of February and we will be completing the online application tomorrow.

1. When do we need do send supporting documents by if I’m using the standard service?

Or if we go for this option....

2.When do we need to book the priority service appointment by if we are using the super priority service? This option gives a reply within one working day. Is there a deadline? Does the appointment need to be before a certain number of days after the online submission?

Supporting documents for FLR(M) last two years or from date of entry

Post by Amnanoor » Sat Feb 08, 2020 4:55 pm

Hi there,
I’m applying for my spouse visa renewal for the first time.
I’m a bit confused regarding what period we need to show supporting documents for evidence of sibsisting relationship.

My wife was granted entry in June 2017. We are renewing the visa in Feb 2020.

Do I provide evidence from the last two years or since entry in UK (2 years and 7 months ago)

Last 6/12 months financial evidence to prove you meet the financial requirements. What evidence you need depends under what category you are applying, ie salaried or self employed etc.

A2 English.

2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names.

This one; counted from the date of application.

Hi

I am in the same situation. I am applying for my wife's extension, however the financial requirement is a bit confusing. is it my wife's salary that should be more than £18,600 or mine?

1. Please start your own topic with your questions. It is considered rude and unfair to tag onto other members threads and it creates confusion when responses are posted.

2. It is EITHER salary or a combined salary!!
