Cash Savings Question for FLR M

Post by usasunshine23 » Sun Feb 09, 2020 8:08 pm

I know we need statements for the cash savings which we have all done way above the mark so good on that end but should we still include my husbands bank statements ( everyday bank account) and mine stamped?

No but can be used as cohabitation evidences. You will also have to declare the source of cash savings.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Yes, we declared cash savings filled out all the appropriate questions.

If I get the statments as proof of relationship do they have to be stamped?

According to Appendix FM SE

1) on official bank stationery;

or

(2) electronic bank statements which are either accompanied by a letter from the bank on its headed stationery confirming that the documents are authentic or which bear the official stamp of the issuing bank on every page.

If the statements are ORIGINAL then no need to stamp them otherwise if they are electronic bank statements then it must be stamped or get a letter confirming the statements are genuine.
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.
