Last week we received our ILR in tier1 entrepreneurs 50 k
Q: can I do resign from the company and start the job ?
or
Needs to stay in company as a director?

Unless married to a British citizen you'll have to wait the 12 months.

On end of page 6 if you aren’t british citizen
And
Top on page 7 resident requirements
For example: if your application is received on 05/01/2018 you should have been physically present in U.K. 05/01/2013?

What are you confused about? It is fairly clear what it says about physically present in the UK at the start of the qualifying period and this question gets answers almost every day.

If there are specific points you are confused by, spell it out for us. We all have other commitments and family responsibilities and don't necessarily have the time to read all guidance to work out what your question is.
