You mean if HO office requires more documents or explanations, the HO will send email or letter or text with in one month or can send any time

Letter and it can be at any time. There is no timeframe of when they can send it if they need something.

Letter will be sent when UKVI have made their decision - we don't know the timing of when this will happen.
You are British once you have attended the ceremony and received your certificate - after that you can apply for a British passport.
The decision letter as such is not proof of nationality.

I applied for BC in February 2020. If HO office posts me for the decision would HO sent me text on mobile or email. Because it would be better that I stay indoor on that day so that I can receive my post and signed it please? Or Home office will not send any email or text about post? When I received my ILR decision I had a text from post delivery service though. I received it easily and signed it as I stayed in home. Thanks

BC decision letters are usually sent out via 2nd class royal mail, unless the area you live in is known to be one of higher risk of losing mail. Since 2nd class is not signed for, there's no need for you to be at home. HO does not send an email or text message when the decision is made.

I took photos(x5) from post office for my BC references. I have to take new photos for applying passport please ? I guess HO will take 6 months time for BC citizenship. For passport I have to use new photos or I can use the same which I used for BC references. Many Thanks

Unfortunately, yes, since passport photos need to have been taken within the last month of the application.
It doesn't hurt to hold on to the spare photos as you never know how long HO will take to make a decision. Every case is different.

Hello
,
Is there any possibility that we can check the progress of application online or any other options please.
One of my friends got her citizenship approved and she applied after than me. She said to me that my letter may have lost on the post. How can I contact HO. Or can we ask local council if they got my letter. Thanks

Hi,
Is there any possibility that I could change my citizenship ceremony to another city. I filled in my BC application but I want to change it. Is it possible to change ceremony area? Would it delay my decision time? Please

If your application is still under consideration then perhaps an email to UKVI requesting a change might be successful. It's more difficult once you have the approval because paperwork and certificate will be forwarded to your regular local authority and undoing this can take some time.
