input visa expiry date to calculate IHS fee of T2 dependent

Hi,
Firstly, when I input IHS details as main applicant of T2 general 3 years working visa, work start date : 6 Apr 2020, end date : 5 April 2023 which brings correct IHS fee calculated £1200.
Then, I tried to input IHS details for T2 dependent as separate application, it is required to input visa expiry date instead to calculate IHS fee, what is visa expiry date I should input in order to calculate correct IHS fee?

In addition, previously I have input incorrect visa expiry date 10 Aug 2029 of dependent which brings invalid IHS fee calculated £‭3800‬ but I have not paid IHS fee yet, can I just ignore previous application and create a new application to reinput again with new visa expiry date?
