Jr time limit

Hi everyone,

I need advise, I am on FLR FP visa last 8 years and 18 year in country, during this period my one application was late 14 days, they not gave me IlR back in 2012, now again I have applied and again they refuse my application, all my family members those were depend now British, Home office has refused my ILR due to one of my tax amendment which I applied during 2014 and HMRC took more than 2 year to amend this, I only stay on Tier 1 general visa 8 months in the past.
Now I would like to go for JR, I am not sure within how many days or months, I can apply my JR, Currently I have valid leave unti 2021 October,
Your advise and guidance will be highly appreciate,

Hello

I am not convinced you can do a JR for a refusal that happened back in 2014.

Or do you have a recent refusal? What are the reasons for the recent refusal if any?
