Tier 4 application - main applicant + dependents together

Hi All,

My cousin wants to do his masters here in the UK and already got conditional offer from 2 unis. Can he and his dependents ( wife and son) apply for the visa at the same time as the main applicant ?

I couldn't find anything against it in the Tier 4 guidance document. I am asking as one of my friend who applied last year came first and once he got his BRP, his dependents applied from India.

It would be great if someone can clarify it .
