fienca vias lost divorce certificate

Hi,

After all the trouble we had getting my fienca to the UK on
a marrage visa, now we have found the embassy did not give
us back the divorce certifcate.

We have the translation copy but need both to marry.

I have some ideas

She fly back to get another but may not get back into the UK?

Or both fly back and marry then come back and apply with the
ecuador marrage?

Please help
