Which Visa Form for IGS dependant?

Hey guys

I am in UK on IGS. My wife was with me on here but she had her own student visa. she has gone back home (pakistan). now she wants to apply for dependant visa. I have been to home office/ukvisas site but i cudnt find out tht which Form she needs to fill in.

please help me guys with it.
