Help for Filling the online COE/ROA form

Hello All,
I am filling the online application form for COE for my daughter who is born in India to British Parent.
The online application form has sections of last 2 years addresses.My understanding that the application form is for my little on hence should have her details in the form , however since she just came into this world what do I do with the address and other related sections ? Will it be okay if I fill in my details for addresses etc , where ever its looks relevant ?
