This might be because your application is in progress.
Even if you do not have settled status, you may have continuing rights to stay in the UK as an EU citizen or as a family member of an EU citizen under the Free Movement Directive or under existing immigration law. You can evidence this using your ID document or an immigration document issued by the Home Office.
If you have already received confirmation of your status under the EU Settlement Scheme, contact the EU Settlement Resolution Centre.

Knikks wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 4:42 pmYes I do, it’s expiring 8th May, LTR, I am on the 10years route of British child, then I was switched to partners route during the cause of my last renewal, reasons best know to HO, I will be renewing for the 3rd time in May. I can’t allow this HO to spoil my chances of renewal, I will renew while waiting for the EU settlement response, I have asked my MP to chase HO since 1st February, no reply, I sent a letter myself, still nothing...I am very tired of this chase, it’s exhausting
@Chris90, yes I have checked before. After entering my details it sends an access code to my phone. I usually check 2 to 3 times a week.Chris90 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 1:02 pmHave you checked before and if yes what was the message after entering your details?Ngoo wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:19 pmChris90 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 3:05 pmCan you guys do me a favour,

Good analytical point.Chris90 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 7:25 pmOk, so by my research and what I have gathered. Most of our application is on review, Which means they have made a decision and is currently overlooking them again by a senior caseworker/manager. As soon as it is signed off we will get calls, letters and emails. It is very important to continue to ring up and complain , DO NOT STOP ARGUING YOUR CASE.
They may make you feel like you are not being heard but trust me they are listening. Keep on making noise for your residence right until you get your confirmation.
Involved 3rd parties if you can.they no longer quick to put us to a manager when we call as they want us to be comfortable . They will say everything looks fine .. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS , we are well in our right get a decision or valid explanation as to why they are delaying .
Anyway I suspect soon more of us will share news of our decision. We have been persistent. Stay strong ...
Remember if they could have denied our rights, we would not have been mailed an application form. They are upset I think that alot of us just escaped high fees and qualified for settlement So they have to agrue amongst themselves first.
Best wishes
