To prove past earning...

"...Examples of the types of evidence we will require in order to award you points for your earnings include:
• 12 months’ wage slips
• Income Tax return
• Letter from Accountants
• Letter from employer detailing salary"

I have the Income tax return and my employer agreement showing my salary.
My husband and I have a small company, each has 50% of it. We have a contract signed with our current employer showing our earnings.

Is that enough? Should I also get a letter from my accountant? what is it supposed to say?

thank you,
Lu.
