Long Residence dependants application

HI,
I have submitted SET LR standard application on 30th January 2020 to gain ILR on ten years long residences basis. My dependents' visas are expiring next month. My wife is living in the UK since March 2011 and she will complete ten years in 2021. I have two children who were born here. I am aware that I can not add dependent on long residence application. Can any one please guide me about application forms required for dependent applications.

Many thanks for your reply. These forms are for the partner of settled person. Would I be able to apply for my partner before getting ILR. One solicitor told me to use FLR -LR forms.

You have to use FLR M form.

FLR LR is a different category and not a spouse visa.
