Irish Citizen marrying Indian....paperwork queries

Hi, Im getting married to my indian fiance and we just need to sort out all the paperwork and ive NO idea where to start.
We are getting married in ireland first, and then in India.
He has a 3 year visa to come into Ireland.

How do we apply for him to get a spouse visa etc, we wont be living in Ireland after the wedding. Also how do i apply for dual citizenship for India too???

You can are marrying in Ireland than your (future) husband can apply for EU 1 Family Card .... check the following links for more info :

Also , The Constitution of India does not permit dual citizenship or dual nationality. BUT you might be able to apply for OCI Card ..... Check the following :
