PREVIOUS immigration Hx forgot to mention

Hi All,

Please I need an advice just to give me a peace of mind. I have sent my application last month for citizenship but I genuinely forgot to states 1 of my previous immigration application.

History:
1. Tier 2 student visa 2008
2. Tier 4 skilled worker 2010
3. EEA Family member (Unmarried Partner) 2013 (FORGOT TO MENTION)
4. EEA Family Member (Married New Partner) 2014 married in UK
5. Permanent Residence Card 2019
6. ILR settled status 2019

I am continously living in UK for 12 years no criminal history and my husband is EU with settled status ILR. I just totally forgot my EEA application 2013 as unmarried partner to mention on the application. My passport EEA permit stamp 2013 cancelled due to a new one that they given to me when I reapplied as a married family member of eu national.

Is that gonna affect my application? Please give an advise or anything that I can do?
