Eligibility date for ILR application.

Post by underfire222 » Tue Mar 10, 2020 11:25 pm

Hello,

Just a quick question. Application for ILR Is that done 28 days to the 5th year anniversary of the day your first Tier 2 visa was approved or the day you first entered the UK.

I got my first tier 2 visa granted on 5/4/2015 and entered the uk on 17/4/2015.

Thus what the earliest I’m illegible to apply please?
28 days before 5/4/2020 or 28 days before 17/4/2020

Many thanks

Bank statements and Payslips for ILR application.

Post by underfire222 » Tue Mar 24, 2020 1:32 pm

Hello everyone,

I am applying for an ILR and currently uploading my required documents.

I only recieve online bank statements and payslips from work. Is it acceptable for the ILR application to print those and upload them or will I have to go to my bank and my employer to sign and stamp the printed copies?

Would really appreciate if some one had any experience with that , it's unclear from the document checklist if home office accepts online printed bank statements and paylsips.

Many Thanks

Hello Mate,
I recently applied for my partner ILR and used online bank/utility statements.

For payslips use online ones if they come with company logo and an employer letter stating your Salary..

Cheers

I think it not correct! It should be 28 days before 17/04/2020

Why do you say that?? Evidence??

A PBS migrants qualifying time for ilr starts from the date the initial visa was granted.

Not all ilr routes have the same rules!!
