Managed to talk to an advisor on 31-07-2008 and the
reply was 'Its with case worker'.

Tried calling HO customer contact serveral time there after with NO Luck.
Sent a mail on 8th July - No reply till date.

GOD knows what these people are doing... !!

It seems they have not sent anybody there documents after 17th June.Probably will send it in a batch.

Basically, seems like they are sending visas in batch's.

By looking at the timelines of various applicants on the forum, no one who hasnt applied for the urgent treatment for the fresh tier-1 application within UK has got there stuff back since 7th Aug.

Its the same situation as when HO went quite between 25july till 5th Aug and then all of a sudden a lot of people who applied between 1st June till 10th got there Visas except few cases. i think this week or next week will be the turn of people who applied between 10th and 20th JUNE.

Just an Observation.................

23rd jully- got email from case worker to fill and send the section AA via email or fax.... i have doen that

1 st august--- got the email from my case worker that he has completed his part of consideration and he would estimate that a final decision will be made on my case within the next few working days and it will be dispatched to you shortly after that.

on 9th august> i have send the request for urgent treatment with offer letter--- it's stated in my offer leter that i have to accept the offer within 7 days..... and ofeer i ssubjected to my WP.

status of my vusa : still waiting

after last week conversation on phone, I already sent the bank statements once again (as he told case worker had put note in july asking for latest one). Instead of arguing, i thought of sending new asap.

Yesterday, I got letter by post also asking the same. If the note was put in July, can't they communicate the same in email rather than sending 2nd class mail after 2-3 weeks. Just another way of dragging stuff.

Anyhow, any idea how long will it take after somebody has submitted additional docs (as requested) ...my application is already in week 10?

Adding to wounds is HO's phone which never gets connected.

I believe, the case worker has just finished the initial part of checking your application and there might be some verification check that
would be taken based on the documentation that you submitted.
As this is done by a third party, there are chances that the delays
may occur on this part.

It wouldn't be long for your wait.

This wait is killing me as i have to accept the job offer within 7 days... and the same i have requested to HO... don't know what they are doing

When I asked , should I send a Urgent treatment letter , they told me its entirely upto HO to consider if it is urgent or not

Looking at the situation. its pretty clear that HO sends and processes cases in batches. if you have noticed most of the passport come back on tue and wed of every week and they have been moving forward in batches from last 3-4 weeks.

There is a long delay between stamping and approvals aswell, dnt know why is that but it might be the part of there process.
