Better to ask for a separate noc letter allowing your partner to stay there with you. Keep separate to noc letter & employer letters.Daz1738 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 03, 2020 11:24 am
I am a minister/pastor and I live in a manor owned and provided by the church. In my employment letter they have confirmed they own the house and given the address etc. I have also provided council tax bills and utility bills. Will this be enough for proof of suitable accommodation?
No
If you are not sharing with none-related adult then it wont be needed. However, your noc letter can confirm that with new arrangement where your partner will be living with you wont cause any overcrowding.
Daz1738 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 4:59 pmHi guys,
In form VAF4A 3.12 it asks ‘has your sponsor been im employment with the same employer and earning the amount, as detailed in 3.11 above, continuously for 6 months prior to the date in application?”
I have been with the same employer for nearly 4 years. My stipend increases on 1St January each year. For example it was £26,046 from Jan-Dec 2019, as of Jan 2020 it is £26,646 (about £30 per month after tax).
Do I answer yes or no to the question asked?
Do I need to submit more evidence? For example 12 months of payslips and bank statements instead of 6?
If you have been earning above the financial requirement and have been with the same employer for longer than 6 months, then you would meet the criteria to apply under Category A and only 6 months of payslips and bank statements would be required. If you choose to, you could also apply under Category B and supply 12 months worth of payslips and bank statements, though there appears to be no reason for doing so nor would there be any benefit to this in your case.
My argument towards answering "yes" to this question would be that you have been earning an amount above the financial requirement continuously for at least 6 months with the same employer, which would be the requirement for Category A and is what the question seems to be asking about (and should ask about if it were written better). That said, one could also argue that, strictly following the exact wording of the question, the answer should be "no" if your earnings have changed. I would answer "yes" but have not actually applied using this form, so others who have some experience may have a different opinion.Daz1738 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 4:59 pmIn form VAF4A 3.12 it asks ‘has your sponsor been im employment with the same employer and earning the amount, as detailed in 3.11 above, continuously for 6 months prior to the date in application?”

No issue.Daz1738 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 09, 2020 2:37 pmThank you for the reply.
My next issue would be if I were to apply with 12 months of evidence that my address changed in July 2019 because of work. I was moved from one town to another. Will this affect things in any way? My bank statements and payslips from March-June 2019 would show a different address than July 2019-Feb 2020
If you aren't using these for cohabitation purposes then no issue but ideally the address should be updated immediately.
Yes
Yes if you wishes so
All pages should be printed wherever needs.
1. I don't think this is a "need" item but many people do include one to assist in the organisation of their documentation and making clear where things are.Daz1738 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 13, 2020 7:39 pm1. Do you need an index at the beginning outlining all your supporting documentation?
2. As part of our evidence we have engagement cards, do these need photocopied onto A4 paper?
3. In the automated document checklist you get after submitting online application you there are three boxes at the end and the first one asks “the documents ticked in this checklist are all of the documents i wish to use to support my application”. Do I leave this blank because there is a lot more information to put in than what the document checklist gives?
