Post by Tier1_Queries » Mon Aug 11, 2008 11:55 am

This week end, i found that the BIA has issued new application forms for both main applicants and dependants that needs to be used for the Tier1 General applications that are sent on and after 8th August.

They have incorporated the HSMP Judicial Review and Transitional Arrangments for MBA in to these application forms.

It seems the Tier 1 (General) 08/08 form mentioned above has been updated for those who wish to have their HSMP status reinstated (because they left the country after a failed extension or they left the country without attempting to extend or because they were force to change to another type of visa while in-country):
THIS FORM SHOULD ALSO bE USED TO APPLy FOR RE-INSTATEMENT AS A
HIGHLy SkILLED MIGRANT UNDER THE TERMS OF PARAGRAPH 34-42 OF
THE HSMP FORUM LTD. JUDICIAL REVIEW: POLICy DOCUMENT
The new guidance notes (annex e) give more details on this.

It depends on your situation, as explained above. Please read the guidance notes carefully for the above document and also the July 17 documents (FLR Tier1 (HSMP)) guidance notes. All the answers are there.
