Tier 2 dependant visa extension - Maintenance question

Hi team,

I am applying for an extension as a PBS Dependant and have a query on the same. My partner is on a Tier 2 General (Leave to Remain). The last CoS has maintenance ticked as 'Y' but the CoS has already passed the expiry date.

When filling the Tier 2 application form (PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner), there is a question: Has XXXXXX's sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance?

Can I please know if I can select 'Yes' to this question or should I be selecting 'No' and showing the proof of funds (£630) for 90 days?
