UK Tier 2 ICT Long term - Dependent

Hi Team,

My husband worked in UK on Tier 2 ICT Long term for period of 3 months(AUG 2019 to OCT 2019) and came back to India as his assignment closed.

Now I got Contract job in UK. Can I work on ICT Dependent visa. Even though he is in India? my BRP is valid till Nov 2020.
