ILR - date of entry or visa start date?

Hi,
could you please help me with the following:

1) I came to UK on 16th June 2010 (Tier 2 ICT visa started on 04th June 2010). If I have to apply for 10 years ILR, when is my 10 years up? Is it 16th June 2020 or can i consider 04th June 2020?

2) I switched to Tier 2 general within UK, with visa start date as 26th Aug 2015, but i started working for my employer on 15th Oct 2015. When is my 5 years up on Tier 2 general, is it 26th Aug 2020 or 15th Oct 2020?

Ilr based on long residence starts counting form the date you ENTERED the UK


Ilr based on tier 2 and 5 years residence counted from visa issue date.
