Hi, i am just wondering if the 80% income support government providing will count as a public fund?
In the announcement it didn't exclude any non eu immigrants working legally and on payroll. But i am still concerned coz this support is coming from government and whether HO could use this to reject future extension? I would appreciate Any clarification on this. Thank you.

The scheme is for a business to apply for and for business support to then pay employees. It is likely not considered public funds in the stricter sense of the public funds guidance.
