Acknowledgement not Received Naturalisation(AN)

Hi

I have submitted AN application 2 weeks ago and biometrics are also done but I have not received any email acknowledgement from UKVI with Case ID. Should i be worried? Is this random or i’m overthinking.

I have received payment confirmation & Biometrics documents with no issues.

Acknowledgement often is not sent. When you attend the appointment, your application is fully submitted
