About brp card

Hi my name is Mehmet i came to UK indefinite leave to enter visa.when l applied yo my visa on the form has says u can get brp card from post office. I have been many times but they didint receive.im in uk almost a month.Do I need to apply for a new brp card or what should I do.can u help me plz thank you.

What did you apply for exacty?

What is the visa validity in your passport visa vignette sticker?

How old are you?

On what basis did you get Indefinte Leave to Enter??

Hi thank you for your ansver
I applied returning resident visa (marriage status and I have had health problem)
My visa is vignette sticker was valid 29 of february
I'm 38 years old

What does it state as visa type?

How long had you lived out of the UK?

What is your UK immigration history?

My visa was vignette.
Start from 07 02 2020

I wasn't in uk about 5 years.
I have had health problem I stood at Queen Elizabeth Hospital 52 days after thank l transfer to my country and I had treatments.my wife have two disable children. She wasn't able to look after me.i feel good know and I come back to my family

It is not clear what your previous immigration history is, visas etc you held and if you had ILR in the past.

Was your initial visa valid from 7 February to 29 February only??

What does it state as visa category on your visa in your passport??

Also note that a returning resident visa is usually granted for 6 months, not 3 weeks.

I have had indefinite at 2015 after than I had health problem.Firstly I got settlement Indefinite leave to enter .after my 5 years old nephew has given damage I applied for vignette and i had it.i came to UK 25 of february 3020 my vignette visa start from 02 07 2020 to 02 29 2020 . My first visa has started 29 08 2019 to 02 29 2020 thank you
