Hi,
Is anyone when will the Decisions time start after submitting the application and payment or after the biometric. Trying to get the biometric appointment nothing available in next 20 days because of covid-19 and most of Sopra Steria UKVCAS locations has been or will be closed due to the libraries from which they operate being shut by Local Authorities:

It starts after taking the biometric.

Those locations are in the libraries which are all closed across the country, there are still many offices available by Sopra Steria, but uncertain until when.
