Tier 2 General Visa question

I had query regarding the validity of passport required for Tier 2 general visa application.
Suppose my passport is going to expire in April end 2023 but the tier 2 visa end date is suppose to be till May end 2023.
Will I be granted visa even if my passport will expiry one month before the expiry of my visa ? Or is it necessary that the passport needs to be valid for the entire time of the visa ?

It is irrelevant when your passport expires.

You initially only get a 30 day visa vignette in your passport, not the whole visa duration.
