IHS charges for changing employer

Hi, I am in UK since August 2019 on a 3 year Tier 2 visa and i am moving to different employer. The new employer has sponsored 3 years from April 2020 and issued the CoS. I am in the process of filling my visa application.

My question is do I need to pay again for 3 years IHS change (starting from April 202 for 3 years) or they will consider my previous fees which I paid initially ? Because I paid 3 years IHS fees in August 2019 before coming to UK.

Please suggest on the above query.

You have to pay again.
