1. No. You must pass SELT again at B1 level
2. Not under the SET(LR). Your dependant's circumstances are irrelevant
[/que hello Zimba i need your help please. Thanks

If you got ILR after 2013, you do not need to prove your English

thanks you for your response ZIMBA . But zimba I received my first COA in August 2010 under EEA family member . 9.5 illegal entry in circonstances where an applicant entered the uk illegally an application for citizenships should normally be refused for a period of 10 years in from the date of entry , if it is known.if it’s not known, the period of 10 years starts from the date on which the person first brought themselves to or came to the attention of the home office. Please zimba I came to the attention of home office in August 2010 and I did receive my COA in August 2010 . Please have look at it for me .thanks

Hello zimba. Please I’m filling my application online ,could you help me about this question. The ask me when is the date of first arrival in the uk ? I did come illegally in the uk . I did know the date of my entry but the date is unknown to the home office. Please do you think I need any cover letter to explain about 9.5 illegal entry. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks zimba.

If an applicant entered the UK illegally, an application for citizenship will normally be
refused if the illegal entry is confirmed as having occurred during the preceding 10
years. If the date of entry cannot be confirmed, or if the person subsequently goes to
ground, or absconds, the period of 10 years starts from the date on which the person
last brought themselves to or came to the attention of the Home Office.

I suggest to put the date you brought yourself to the attention of the HO
