Hi
I was granted spouse visa back in 2013 for 2.5 years then me and my wife we didn’t meet the financial requirements so I switched to flr fp then after 2.5 years i switched to flr m again now im due to renew in few months can i go straight to ilr ?

No. You need 5 years under the FLR(M) to get ILR
