Vignette Expiring on 26th April

Hi All,

Need advise regarding my situation as I am not sure if I will be given a leave extension based on the announcement made by the Home Office on 24th March. I have applied for my ICT Tier 2 Visa and got it on the 2nd week of March. I was given a vignette until 26th of April. I have sent and email to the home office
(CIH@homeoffice.gov.uk) on my situation but i have not received any reply from them.

Do I apply to extend by vignette or do i send them another email?

Appreciate if someone could advise me on what are my other options.

The extension of visas applies to those who are in the UK and not those outside the UK

Emailing the email address is also mostly for those within the UK.

You will likely need to apply for a replacement 30 day visa vignette at some point.

I received the following reply from the Home Office.

With regards to your query, we had instruction from Home office not to direct applicants to apply for Vignette transfer at the moment.
