New Point Based System from 2021

Post by Spree2012 » Fri Apr 10, 2020 10:18 am

HI All

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT visa and saw that employer guidelines had been issued about new point based system which would start from Jan2021.

I just wanted to check if anyone has any info whether I can switch to new PBS visa within UK? Or do I need to serve 1 year cool off?

I read those guidelines on GOV.UK , nothing mentioned about this in there?

Thanks in advance for replying!

It is currently unlikely that ho will remove the 12 months cooling off period for ICT workers.
