fiance visa problems

Post by spencer1565 » Wed Aug 13, 2008 8:34 pm

Hi,

My fiance has her visa and we are trying to give notice to marrage,
but the office is very picky about the papers.

Also they want us to give notice seperate not togther?

I don't understand this? she has correct visa and we have all
correct papers.

They said they need sometimes to check home office as some many
people have false docurments, and belive false marrage?

Is this law to be interviewed seperate ?

Thanks

she has correct visa and we have all correct papers.
So what visa does she have? And unless she is in the UK with ILR, or a fiancée visa, or a wedding visitor visa, has she applied for and been granted a CoA?
we are trying to give notice to marrage, but the office is very picky about the papers.
Who are you trying to give information to?

And you? Are you British, or an EEA Citizen, or if not, what is your UK immigration status?

If you are talking about the register office, it is normal for them to speak to both separately.
