Pay Cuts - COVID19 - Furlough - Salary Requirement

Hi there,

My company is going back and forth about furloughing. I understand that I can be furloughed during this time...but my company is also talking about company wide pay cuts on top of that.

What happens if a worker has a pay cut and is then furloughed? So the government would be paying 80% of the cut salary. So it would no longer reach the legal requirement for the visa?
