BRP card not arrived after approval on 04/03/20

Dear Home Office,

This is regarding my BRP card which I have not received. I received an approval letter for my Indefinite leave to Remain application dated 4th March 2020 and it says that the BRP card would arrive within 10 working days of the letter. It has now been 33 working days since the date of this letter. I just wanted to check if the card has been dispatched and if there is any contact to chase? I have already used 4 times www.gov.uk/brp service for card not arrived. They said contact Croydon or automated reply which says use the service which i jave already used 4 times.. I have also wrote a letter to BRP Deliveries & Collections

Bristol BS20 1BT but no reply as well.


I will really appreciate it if anyone could help me with the status of my BRP card please.

Could you please let me know a direct contact with whom I can share my case number with ?

What route to ilr did you follow?? Your previous posts suggest you followed the EEA and RoR route. You have posted in the UK immigration ILR sub forum for UK visas to ilr queries not EEA route queries.

Try to contact DX or TNT courier as they might be holding it and couldn't deliver due to shortage of delivery drivers/vans.

Hi, i have contacted TNT and DX. They don’t have anything holding for us.

I have contacted 0300 123 2241 number which was on decision letter, they told me the only way at the moment is to use www.gov.uk/brp service and someone will contact me within 5 working days. I have reported on this service more than 5 times but standard reply.

Does anyone have any other number for homeoffice to contact?
