My employer's lawyer said there is a system that shows all the CoS available. For now, there is nothing to show there so they can't allocate the CoS for me

Given that the world is in crisis and many current Tier 2 visa holders are losing their jobs, it is highly likely that CoS and recruitment are low priority.

Hi Sorry, what do you mean? Do you mean they won't allocate any CoS until the situation gets better? what is the relationship between losing jobs and allocate CoS?

Not yet... there is no point asking at this point as I can not process it anyway.
