I was continuously checking right to Work website and it was showing Work status as Entrepreneur but today got this note that BRP is not valid. Would anyone knows what that means or had same message while checking for right to Work website? Thanks

"
Your BRP is not valid
This might be because it has:

expired
been reported lost or stolen
You must use your most recently issued BRP to access this service."

Hi Everyone, I'm still waiting for my decision. It's been over 10 months now, just wondering if anyone can help me to advise about PAP. Shall I send the PAP to UKVI? would that make any difference or would effect my case ? If anyone has success story with PAP, please let me know. Thanks

Sending a PAP is pointless. Delay in an application is not a ground for JR. There is nothing unlawful in delaying your application

Thanks Zimba for your response, this is unlawful to charge huge amount of money for the said service and don't deliver the result in the given time frame. They shouldn't have said 6 months in the standard application if they can't fulfill the service requirement.

This is very strange situation when everyday you expect for the decision and everyday it disappoints you, they atleast should have send an email or anything to correspond about the process of the application or ask for more information if required. This silence is not good for mental health :(

Alhumdulillah by the grace of Almighty Allah and help of my bugging emails to HO officials / Secretary and Parliamentary Secretary. I have been granted ILR after 13 months, after receiving the SAR it was HMRC the culprit in this delay. My Timeline is as below:

Document received by HO : Complex issue letter on 12th September 2019
Ack letter received (if applicable) : N/A
Biometric Letter received : N/A
Date Biometrics Enrolled : 26 March 2019
Approval Email : 21 April 2020
BRP Card Received : waiting

Thanks Shaz2029, it doesn't mentioned what kind of request they were after from HMRC. But I can see in the minutes that couple of chasers sent to HMRC to respond and the last one was on 14/04/2020 and I get the approval email on 21st April 2020.

Are you also waiting for long more than 6 months? If yes then I would advise you to keep bothering them with specific procedure. Let me know if you need more help, thanks

Many thanks for your reply. I’ll definitely ask a thing or two from you if I need. Delays are typical HO norms. You are right we just need to keep reminding through available channels.
