Excellent, thank you very much for clarifying this.
I'm not sure if I should post this here or separately so apologies if I'm in the wrong place, I'm a little confused with the specified limited company rules and whether that is relevant to my situation.
I work as a normal full-time employee for a large company based in the UK. I don't know how to identify whether my company falls under specified or non-specified ltd company.
The reason I worry is because Appendix FM 1.7 has a clause which says:
"(d) Where the person is either a director or employee (or both) of a limited company based in the UK, evidence that the company is not a type specified in paragraph 9(a). This can include the latest Annual Return filed at Companies House."
How do I find out what my company falls under?
Try to fill the above gap with 1/2 documents.
Seems fine
What kind of this letter??
If you were living with your parents then better to get this letter from parents instead you yourself write and confirm your dates of cohabitation. Hopefully it will work.
Until near past the online application automatically used to assume all remaining options (2,3,4) as under category B by asking 12 months of documents even you are under category A, not sure as whether has it been fixed. First option used to be more appropriate for category A.b1234567 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 12:16 amHi guys,
Sorry to bother you but I could really do with some clarification.
I’ve reached the part of the FLR (M) application which asks about finances.
The question begins with “Have they [as in spouse] been employed by the same employer for the last six months prior to the date of application?” to which of course I answer “Yes” as I have.
It then goes on to ask “what do they earn?” with four options:
[1] The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
[2] The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount
[3] Not the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
[4] Not the same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount
Given my financial situation which has been discussed in previous posts on this thread, can someone please advise which option I fall under? I initially picked option 3 because although my basic pay is the same each month, I have a lot of overtime meaning my income is variable, right?
Thank You
If you are applying using Category A (and meet the requirements for doing so) and the application form prompts you to submit 12 months worth of payslips as supporting evidence, then it is likely you have provided an incorrect answer to a question somewhere in the application. I believe you can go back and change answers as long as you do it before getting to the end of the application form.
