Which tier 2 visa should I apply in?

Hello,
With Restricted cos In job code 2126 which is in shortage of occupation
Rcos mentions tier 2 category: tier 2 (general - tier 4 dependent switching to tier 2)

Should I apply in tier 2 shortage of occupation or tier 2 General as the cos doesn’t mention it in the tier 2 shortage of occupation category and just states tier 2 general. The sponsor has applied as shortage of occupation
