Got ILR,Need to change Spouse category straight away ?

Hello Gurus,

I got ILR on 10 years rout through PBS Entrepreneur,should i change wife dependent category or wait until the completion of first extension,as her current visa is still till June,2020,we have to travel out of country will there be any problem on airport?

She should switch to FLR M spouse visa before travelling out of the UK.

As after 2 weeks of my ILR we travelled to europe and they haven't ask anything about this,
will they enquire this time?

She risks being refused entry as her purpose of stay based on her visa has changed because you got ilr based on long residence and not the PBS route.some members have reported being denied entry to the UK in the same circumstances.

There is no template letter. You also do not need to submit a letter. The form contains all the information HO requires.

If you are applying extension of spouse visa then you may not need a covering letter at all unless have significant change in circumstances etc.
