Technical problems after paying IHS

Hi my wife is applying for spouse visa extension, we were redirected to pay IHS after paying ....we clicked to continue visa application but then
got a page saying
Page cannot be displayed
There is a problem try again in a few minutes

Its incredibly stressful i have been waiting all morning and afternoon

Try in private browser sometime cache and cookies won’t refresh.

Delete the browsing history including caches and restart your browser/explorer. Also sometime Wi-Fi router play up on few websites, try to restart it too. It should work then.
