Renewing UK Spouse Visa from Abroad

I have been married to my partner (he is a British citizen) since 2017, and I was granted spouse visa until Feb 2020. However, due to employment purposes, I need to move to Taiwan in July 2019. During the period I am working in Taiwan, my partner is staying in the UK. I am planning to move back to the UK by Christmas 2020. My question, is it possible for me to renew my spouse visa from Taiwan?

It will be a new entry clearance spouse visa and a new 5 year period from scratch, ie 2 X 2.5 year visas.

IHS fees are also increasing in October.
