RLMT-Tier 2 change of employer

Post by jvjroop » Tue Jun 02, 2020 12:44 pm

Hi
i have recently applied for T2G change of employer. I am just trying to access myself with the points required for T2G. As i am already in UK on T2G, i have 20 points (10 for English and 10 for Maintenance).
And my SOC is 2311 and my salary is above 20,800 per annum as per previous rules (first cos before nov 2016) as i entered UK in OCT 2015 on T2G. So there i should score 20 points.

The remaining points i.e. 30 is from valid CoS with proper RLMT.
my employer stated on the CoS that, they advertised for more than 28 days on jobs.ac.uk and THE.com with ref xxx/xxx from date xxxx with a closing date xxxx. Is is this good enough ?

As it is a PhD level job, cos has to be risen before 12 months of advertising which they did (job was advertised in oct 2019 and cos risen in may 2020).
RLMT performed for more than 28 days, with reference number stated on the cos, with atleast 2 job postings on websites, and it doesnt have to be on goverment job website like 'find a job' as it is a PhD level code.

any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance

Does your new CoS salary meet the SOC rate of experienced worker @ £33,000pa minimum???

and i forgot, those job adverts should be advertised where they dont charge the job seekers for applying/looking for jobs, which i beleive jobs.ac.uk and Times higher education(THE) sites dont charge.
is the RLMT a proper one mentioned on my CoS?

Thanks
