FLR docs

Post by richsam » Wed Apr 13, 2005 5:17 pm

Hi there folks,

I've been reading posts relating to the docs that people have sent in re flr(ied). I am in the HSMP category and have my hsmp letter already.

The flr guidance doesnt mention anything about payslips - is it a must to send these in?

I plan on sending in:
3 months of bank statements
passport
photos

Is this enough to get my flr(ied)?

Thanks to all

Hi richsam

I sent 12 months of bank statements and 12 months of payslips to show regular income. I submitted my FLR IED on the 30th March 2005 and am still waiting for the passports to be returned.

Good luck.

You have to proof that you been economic active. You will need pay slips or similiar proof.

I sent:

- FLR (IED) form
- 2 passport photos
- my passport
- 12 months bank statements
- 8 months payslips
- cover letter
- letter from employer stating my current position and address

I think that you will need to send in the payslips.

Hi,

I believe for FLR application filed related to initial HSMP approval, 12 months bank statements are not required. In fact not submittingany bank statements will even do. As per section 11 of the FLR form either of Bank statements or wage slips for the past 3 months should suffice.

Thats my understanding as well.

The reason I asked is that I would have some difficulty in getting a hold of past payslips - but bank statements I've got.

Thanks again.
