Hi All,

My case -
I was in UK on WP and then got it changed to tier1. Now my employer has asked me to go to India. Do I need to fill in the p85s? I am not sure if I would come back to the UK or not? My employer is not aware that I have changed to Tier1.

Being on Tier1, do I need to fill in p85s?

You should, if you want to claim tax relief / repayment.

why did you switch from wp to tier-1 at the first place if u werent going to leave the present employer and loose £750 for nothing. u must be having a good reason
