Completed JC, so what, 16 years old? Been in EU for less than 6.5 years, how do they not know the language they lived in for 10 years that their whole family must speak?Student555 wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 6:35 pmChildern are not irish born. Spent 1.5 yrs in uk and moved here with british sponsor. So almost 6.5 year in eu. Is there any facilitation for the child who completed Junior cert(irish state exam) . They even dont know the home country langauage. Any Chance on Humantarian grounds?
Were you ever given a temporary permission while awaiting the outcome of the application ?Student555 wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 10:44 pmYes we are dependent and also living with sponsor in uk. I am sure INIS will not be issuing any visas to eutr extended family member so i am just trying to explore any other options.
Sase applied in 2015. Refused after 13 months and no stamp 4 was given. Applied for review but refused again now with court since mid 2018.
There is no judgment but if you ever followed what goes on in the media and Court you would realise that somebody high up in the Department will not allow deportations involving wives and children to take place. Every case involving one has had their deportation stopped.littlerr wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 6:27 pmWhy "no deportations of families are being allowed"? I don’t recall seeing this judgment anywhere. Also having no deportation order doesn’t mean you are automatically entitled to getting a permission.
If OP’s child is Irish, he can certainly try to apply for a residence permission based on his child.

Yes, with the possible exception of dependency cases. You might win your dependency related legal case but still be refused a permission. The EUTR related units are all working with GNIB, DEASP and UKBA to uncover all the background aspects of these applications.Student555 wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2020 6:17 pmI moved with my sposor but no stamp is given sice the case has been applied. If you don't have one yet you're probably not getting one. They need to change the Free Movement Regulations to issue some Chenchooliah compliant deportation / removal order - I haven't seen any changes yet.arz1986 wrote: ↑Sun May 31, 2020 8:17 pmIf you come under any judgement, then INIS will let you know. they write us, one year ago, our case come under chenchoolih judgement. they donot give any permission yet.
if you brother is british citizen, try to explore uk pre-settlement option. it is valid till 31-december.
I got 10 months temporary stamp plus 10 month extension then no further stamps. no deportation or removal order yet. but I might get one. I am under chenchooliah judgement.MantisToboggan wrote: ↑Sun May 31, 2020 11:24 pmIf you don't have one yet you're probably not getting one.
