The Caseworker sent me Questionnaire last week asking me what measures i took to legalise myself and who supported me during the time i was illegal and if i worked ive filled and sent back.
Fingers crossed lets see what happens and lots of people even refused got the Naturalisation via after asking for review the refusal so please stop telling people you wasting your money just advice and let people make their own choice.

@snooky, @Touba21, you may be interested in this post in another thread that briefly summarises what Home Office caseworkers look for in the good character assessment of the naturalisation process.
I am not a lawyer or immigration advisor. My statements/comments do not constitute legal advice. E&OE. Please do not PM me for advice.

You have your right to apply for the naturalisation but please from what Secret.Simon and CR001 trying to advise is that, you gotta be careful and seek further legal advice from a competent solicitor before you embark in such a journey.

HO has said that from April eu settled status since itself doesn't give you requirements to meet the naturalisation 3 - 5 years threshold. This is because with the eu settlement scheme it wasn't a criteria to meet the 5 years for Indefinite leave to be given. You only have to show 6 months in every year for 5 years to get eu settled status.

But but people those with derivative or Zambrano right only get settled status under the euss only if they have clocked typical 5 years. So to evidence as Zambrano or derivative is easier than any of the eu Members themselves.

Please seek a legal advise and come back and flavour us.

Stay bless
