NoQ 1 : My contract with first employer was for 2 years ending 30/6/17 so I found a new job with another employer who sponsored me and a new visa was issued on 17/5/17 but to start the new job on 2/8/17, so there was a period of unemployment from 1/7/17 to 1/8/17 would that affect my ILR ?
Only the absences from the UK are importantQ2: I will try to contact my previous employer regarding “absence letter” as I did not get one, do they need to mention all my fully paid Annual leaves even if I did not leave the UK ? Or only those related to a travel outside the UK ?
It is only the brp card you need.Sinan87 wrote: ↑Sun May 24, 2020 11:37 pmHello everyone
I need your advice please,
I am filling SET O application tier 2 Five years route and on documents section while ticking boxes for documents required there is one for (Current BRP) then there is another box for (Evidence of Immigration Status) what evidence should I provide for the second one ?Is it the letter which shows Case ID that I was given with BRP ?
Your help is highly appreciated
Many thanks
Some people have a visa vignette or other type of doc and not a brp.
You can if you are working for the NHS. However, your ILR may not succeed.
28 days before is 17th August. Apply online before her visa expires, even in day if expiry and book biometric appointment a couple of weeks later. Her first entry clearance was on 14/9/2015
Her current visa expires on 16/8/20,
Can she apply for ILR on 16/8/20 ? Is that 28 days before 5th anniversary ?
No.could this cause a refusal of her application ?
Date of application is the date you submit and pay online. She needs to meet the requirements though when ho makes a decisionor the casework can consider date of appointment for calculations ?
